Orders

How do I place an order? Browse our collection, choose your jewelry, select your options and add it to your cart. Then follow the checkout steps to complete your order. You will receive a confirmation email within minutes of your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order? You have 24 hours after purchase to contact us at contact@vahn.com to modify or cancel your order. After this period, your order is already being prepared and can no longer be changed.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Apple Pay. All payments are secure and encrypted.


Shipping

What are the delivery times? Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 4 to 7 business days for France, 5 to 10 business days across Europe, and 7 to 14 business days for the rest of the world.

How do I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your package in real time using the link provided.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, VAHN ships to over 150 countries worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.

Are there any customs fees? For deliveries within the European Union, all taxes are included — no additional fees upon delivery. For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.


Products & Materials

What materials do you use? Our jewelry is crafted from 925 Sterling Silver, Gold-Plated Stainless Steel and Zirconia. All our materials are hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant for everyday wear.

Can I wear my VAHN jewelry in the shower or at the beach? Our stainless steel pieces can handle occasional contact with water. However, to preserve their shine as long as possible, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, chemicals and perfume.

Is your jewelry suitable for sensitive skin? Yes. All our jewelry is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, making it suitable for sensitive skin.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item? Yes, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to notify us of a return. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and in their intact original packaging.

Are earrings returnable? For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return, unless a manufacturing defect is identified upon receipt.

When will I be refunded? Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after your request has been validated, via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

I received a defective item — what should I do? Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@vahn.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

How is VAHN jewelry packaged? Every order is shipped in carefully designed VAHN packaging — an elegant box, a pouch, a silver polishing cloth and a thank-you card. Ready to gift, nothing extra needed.
