If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Use the form on this page to declare your withdrawal. You do not need an account, and you do not need to explain your decision.

What to write in the form

So we can identify your purchase and confirm it to you, please include:

• Your first and last name
• Your order number, shown in your confirmation email
• The date you received your order
• The item or items you are withdrawing from, or the whole order
• The email address where you want our confirmation sent

You can simply write: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods.

What happens next

We send you a dated acknowledgment by email confirming that we received your withdrawal, together with the return address and a return reference.

You then have 14 days from the day you send us this notice to return the goods. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. The refund is issued to the payment method you used.

Purchases outside the European Union and the United Kingdom

Wherever you are, our Return and Refund Policy gives you 30 days from delivery to request a return. You are welcome to use this form for that too.

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal

Earrings that have been unsealed or worn, for hygiene and safety reasons, and personalised or engraved pieces. A faulty item is always taken back, whatever it is.
