Orders

How do I place an order?
Browse the collection, choose your piece and add it to your cart, then follow the checkout steps. You receive a confirmation email within minutes.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
You have 24 hours after purchase to write to hello@vahnjewels.com. After that your order is already being prepared and can no longer be changed.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
VAHN currently ships to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not serve it yet.

What are the delivery times?
Times below include preparation, packaging and transit, counted in business days from the day you order: United States 5 to 8, United Kingdom 5 to 8, European Union and France 4 to 10, Australia 3 to 10.

Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders of $150 and above. Below that, standard shipping is $8.99. If a discount code brings your total below $150, the standard rate applies.

How do I track my order?
You receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking usually becomes active 24 to 48 hours after the carrier collects the parcel.

Are there any customs fees?
Depending on your destination, customs duties or local taxes may apply on arrival. They are set by the destination country, are not included in the order price, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Products and materials

What materials do you use?
925 sterling silver, 18K and 24K gold vermeil, and 18K gold-plated sterling silver, set with moissanite, freshwater pearls and natural stones. The exact composition of each piece is listed on its product page.

What is gold vermeil?
Gold vermeil is a thick layer of real gold applied over solid sterling silver. It is the demi-fine standard, more durable than standard gold plating over base metals.

Is moissanite a real gemstone?
Yes. Moissanite is a lab-grown gemstone known for exceptional brilliance and fire. It rates 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale, just below diamond at 10, which makes it very well suited to daily wear. Selected pieces come with a certificate of authenticity.

Can I wear my VAHN jewelry in the shower or at the beach?
Everyday contact with water is not a problem. To keep your piece at its best, remove jewelry set with freshwater pearls or natural stones before swimming, and avoid prolonged exposure to chlorine, cleaning products and perfume. Apply perfume and lotion before putting your jewelry on, never after.

Is your jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
Sterling silver and gold vermeil are generally well tolerated. If you have a known metal sensitivity, write to us before ordering and we will tell you what we know about the piece you are considering.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Wipe your piece with the polishing cloth included in your order after wearing, and store it in its pouch away from moisture.

Sizing

How do I find my ring size?
Most of our rings have an adjustable band and fit a range of sizes comfortably. Two pieces are made in a fixed US size 7 and cannot be resized: the Moissanite Eternity Band Ring and the Two-Tone Textured Band Ring. Their product pages give the full measurements. To check your size, wrap a strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it meets, and measure that length.

Are your bracelets adjustable?
Most of our bracelets have an adjustable chain. The adjustable length is indicated on each product page.

Returns and refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Write to us first: returns need to be approved before you send anything back, and we then give you a return reference and the return address. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Are earrings returnable?
Earrings that have been unsealed or worn cannot be returned, for hygiene and safety reasons. A faulty item is always taken back.

When will I be refunded?
Once your return is received and approved: 5 to 10 business days for card payments depending on your bank, 3 to 5 business days for PayPal.

I received a defective item. What should I do?
Write to hello@vahnjewels.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We arrange a free replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you. This 7-day window is there so we can act quickly. It does not limit your legal rights: the legal warranty of conformity applies for two years from delivery.

I am in the European Union or the United Kingdom. What are my rights?
You keep your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which runs from the day you receive your order and applies to any purchase, including discounted items. You can declare your withdrawal at any time during that period through our withdrawal page, and you then have 14 days to send the item back.

How is VAHN jewelry packaged?
Every order ships in VAHN packaging: a box, a pouch, a polishing cloth and a card. Ready to gift, nothing extra needed.
