Orders

How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, choose your jewelry, select your options and add it to your cart. Then follow the checkout steps to complete your order. You will receive a confirmation email within minutes of your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
You have 24 hours after purchase to contact us at hello@vahnjewels.com to modify or cancel your order. After this period, your order is already being prepared and can no longer be changed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Shipping

What are the delivery times?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 5 to 10 business days in the United States, 5 to 10 business days across Europe, and 7 to 14 business days for the rest of the world.

Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders over $90.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your package in real time using the link provided, or through our order tracking page.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, VAHN ships to over 150 countries worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.

Are there any customs fees?
For deliveries within the European Union, all taxes are included, with no additional fees upon delivery. For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Products & Materials

What materials do you use?
Our pieces are made from 925 Sterling Silver, 18K and 24K Gold Vermeil, and 18K gold-plated sterling silver, set with genuine moissanite, freshwater pearls and natural gemstones. All our materials are hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant for everyday wear.

What is gold vermeil?
Gold vermeil is a thick layer of real gold applied over solid sterling silver. It is the demi-fine standard, far more durable and valuable than standard gold plating over base metals.

Is moissanite a real gemstone?
Yes. Moissanite is a lab-grown gemstone with the same optical brilliance and hardness as a fine diamond. It is an ethical, sustainable alternative that never dims. Selected pieces come with an official certificate of authenticity.

Can I wear my VAHN jewelry in the shower or at the beach?
Our pieces are made to be lived in and handle everyday contact with water. However, to preserve their shine as long as possible, we recommend removing pieces with freshwater pearls or natural gemstones before swimming, and avoiding prolonged exposure to chemicals, chlorine and perfume.

Is your jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. All our jewelry is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, making it suitable for sensitive skin.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Wipe your piece with the polishing cloth included in your order after wearing. Store it in its pouch, away from moisture. Apply perfume and lotion before putting your jewelry on, never after.

Sizing

How do I find my ring size?
Many of our rings are adjustable and fit most sizes comfortably. For fixed-size rings, the size is indicated on the product page. If you are unsure, write to us at hello@vahnjewels.com and we will help you.

Are your bracelets adjustable?
Most of our bracelets have an adjustable chain, allowing you to wear them close at the wrist or looser. The adjustable length is indicated on each product page.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to notify us of a return. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and in their intact original packaging.

Are earrings returnable?
For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return, unless a defect is identified upon receipt.

When will I be refunded?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after your request has been validated, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

I received a defective item. What should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@vahnjewels.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Packaging

How is VAHN jewelry packaged?
Every order is shipped in VAHN packaging: an elegant box, a pouch, a silver polishing cloth and a card. Ready to gift, nothing extra needed.
