Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

VAHN currently ships to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. If your country is not listed, it is not available at checkout yet.

2. Delivery times

The times below cover the whole journey: preparation, branded packaging and transit. They are estimates provided by our fulfilment partner and our carriers, counted in business days from the day your order is placed.

These times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders of $150 and above. Below that, standard shipping is $8.99. Costs are displayed clearly before you complete your order. Where a discount code brings your order total below $150, the standard rate applies.

4. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active 24 to 48 hours after the parcel is collected by the carrier.

5. Customs and duties

Depending on your destination, customs duties or local taxes may apply on arrival. Where they do, they are set by the destination country, are not included in the order price, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Damaged or lost parcels

Damaged parcel. If your parcel shows visible damage on delivery, we recommend refusing it or photographing it on receipt, then contacting us promptly with the photos.

Lost parcel. If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the loss is confirmed, we will resend your order or issue a full refund.

7. Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. VAHN cannot be held responsible for a delay or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
