Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Each piece of jewelry is carefully packaged to ensure its integrity during transit.

2. Delivery Times

The delivery times below are estimates provided by carriers and begin from the date of shipment.

United States & Canada 4 to 7 business days
Rest of the world 7 to 14 business days

These timeframes are provided as estimates and may vary during peak periods (holidays, sales) or due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your package every step of the way using the link provided in that email.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your delivery address and are clearly displayed before you complete your order. Free shipping may be offered occasionally during special promotions, under the conditions stated at the time.

5. Delivery Zones

VAHN ships to over 150 countries worldwide. Some destinations may be subject to customs restrictions or regulations beyond our control. If this applies to your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Customs Duties & Taxes

For deliveries within the European Union, all taxes are included in the price — no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom and countries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply according to the legislation of the destination country. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order price.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

Damaged parcel — If your parcel shows visible damage upon receipt, we recommend refusing the delivery or filing a claim with the carrier, then contacting us promptly with supporting photos.

Lost parcel — If your order has not arrived by the end of the maximum estimated delivery period, we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the loss is confirmed, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund.

8. Delivery Address

Please carefully check your delivery address before placing your order. VAHN cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
