Our commitment

Every VAHN piece is selected with care. If something is not right, we will make it right.

1. Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

2. How to request a return

Email hello@vahnjewels.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We reply within 2 business days.

Once your request is approved, we send you a return reference and the return address. Please write the reference on the parcel so we can identify it on arrival. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be processed.

3. Condition of returned items

To be accepted, an item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. VAHN covers all shipping costs in this case.

This 7-day window exists so we can handle the problem quickly. It does not limit your legal rights: under French law, the legal warranty of conformity applies for two years from delivery, alongside the warranty against hidden defects. Contact us at any time within that period.

5. Items we cannot accept

• Earrings that have been unsealed or worn, for hygiene and safety reasons
• Personalised or engraved pieces
• Items returned without prior approval

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method: 5 to 10 business days for card payments depending on your bank, 3 to 5 business days for PayPal. Original shipping costs are refunded when the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you prefer, we can issue an exchange for another piece from the collection instead of a refund.

7. Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom

You keep your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which runs from the day you receive your order and applies to any purchase, including discounted items. You can declare your withdrawal using the form on our Withdraw from your order page. You then have 14 days to send the item back. The 30-day policy described above is more generous and applies in addition to that right.
