Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Presentation of the Shop

VAHN is an online boutique specializing in the sale of premium jewelry. By accessing our site and placing an order, you unreservedly accept these general terms and conditions of sale.

2. Products

The jewelry offered on VAHN is described with the utmost care. Photographs are as accurate as possible; however, slight color variations may occur depending on your screen settings. VAHN reserves the right to modify its catalog, prices, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders

Any order placed on VAHN constitutes a binding and final sales contract upon receipt of your payment confirmation. By placing an order, you certify that you:

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract (being of legal age or having permission from a legal guardian).

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing your order.

  • Are the holder or authorized user of the payment method used.

VAHN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or an unresolved prior dispute.

4. Price and Payment

All prices are indicated in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Delivery costs are indicated separately before the order is validated. Payments are secure and can be made by credit card or PayPal. VAHN does not store any banking data on its servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times then vary depending on the destination and the carrier. VAHN cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or events beyond our control (strikes, weather conditions, customs disruptions, etc.). In the event of a lost or damaged package during transit, we commit to doing our utmost to find a swift solution.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision. 7. Legal Warranties

All VAHN products benefit from the legal warranties provided by French law:

  • Legal Warranty of Conformity (2 years): Covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

  • Warranty against Hidden Defects: Covers any hidden defect rendering the product unfit for its intended use. These warranties apply independently of any commercial warranty that may be offered.

8. Intellectual Property

All content present on the VAHN boutique — brand name, logo, visuals, texts, descriptions — is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, total or partial, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

9. Personal Data

Information collected during your order is necessary for its processing and customer relationship management. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data. VAHN undertakes never to sell or transmit your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

10. Liability

VAHN undertakes to make every effort to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the shop, but cannot be held responsible in the event of service interruption, technical error, or force majeure. VAHN’s liability shall in no case exceed the amount of the order concerned.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, we prioritize an amicable resolution. Failing agreement, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you may also use a consumer mediator free of charge.
