Return & Refund Policy
1. Our Quality Commitment
At VAHN, every piece of jewelry is carefully selected to offer you a premium experience. Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to finding the right solution for you.
2. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return an item, in accordance with European consumer protection legislation.
Within this period, we offer:
- A full refund of your order amount
- An exchange for another item from our collection
- A store credit valid for 6 months on the entire VAHN boutique
3. Return Conditions
Eligible items To be accepted, the returned item must:
- Be in its original condition, unworn and undamaged
- Be accompanied by its original intact packaging
- Include all accessories and documents provided
- Not have been engraved or personalised upon request
Non-eligible items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Earrings (unless a manufacturing defect is identified upon receipt)
- Personalised or engraved jewelry
- Items purchased during special promotional events, unless otherwise stated
4. Return Process
- Contact us at contact@vahn.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 48 business hours with complete instructions
- Refund processed within 5 to 7 business days after validation of your request
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
- The item received is defective or damaged
- The item does not match your order (our error)
In these cases, VAHN covers the return shipping and provides a prepaid label.
6. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase:
- Credit/debit card: within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank
- PayPal: within 3 to 5 business days
Initial shipping costs are only refunded in the event of withdrawal within 14 days or receipt of a defective item.
7. Defective or Damaged Item
If you receive an item with a defect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect
We will arrange the return and offer you a replacement or full refund.
