Pave Coin Pendant Necklace

A gold coin necklace built around an oval medallion with a raised center, ringed by concentric rows of pavé cubic zirconia that radiate outward from the middle. The stones sit low and tight, so the sparkle is close to the surface rather than scattered. Sharp. Refined. Effortless.

The medallion measures 25 mm and is set in 925 sterling silver plated in 18K gold, hung from a 0.7 mm chain fine enough that the pendant seems to float rather than hang. The chain adjusts between 16 and 18 inches, which places the medallion just below the collarbone or lower on the chest depending on how you set it.

Medallions read differently than stones. They carry the look of something inherited, something that was already in the family before it reached you. This one is new, but it does not look it.
